Two episodes of rhabdomyolysis deserve medical review before further intense training or additional steroid use. They should not be dismissed as routine soreness or solved simply by drinking more water.
Returning abruptly to unfamiliar or demanding exercise can contribute to exertional rhabdomyolysis. However, recurrence warrants assessment for other contributing factors, including medications and, in selected cases, underlying muscle disorders. PubMed
The timing makes your drug exposure relevant, but it does not prove that Anavar caused either episode. Share the full timeline, doses, supplements, training sessions, and previous hospital results with your clinician. Testing a product does not establish that it was safe for you.
The sudden loss of endurance also needs context. Detraining is one possibility, but ongoing muscle injury or another medical problem cannot be excluded remotely. CDC identifies unusual weakness and inability to complete previously manageable exercise as possible rhabdomyolysis symptoms. CDC
Urinary elimination is not the same as being “processed mainly by the kidneys.” Some oxandrolone is excreted unchanged in urine, but that does not explain your symptoms or establish kidney injury. Anavar also carries significant liver and cholesterol warnings. Rhabdomyolysis itself can cause acute kidney injury. PubMed
Being DHT-derived does not establish that two compounds are safe together or identify why these events occurred.
Since this happened months ago, arrange a review of the original diagnosis, CK levels, kidney function, electrolytes, and recovery before resuming demanding training. A clinician should guide a gradual return and review your prescribed TRT. PubMed
If severe muscle pain, swelling, marked weakness, or tea-coloured urine occurs now, stop exercising and seek immediate medical care. Dark urine is not required for rhabdomyolysis to be present, and hydration at home is not a substitute for assessment.
