What this draft was written to address
- EU Digital Services Act, Article 14 (terms must state content restrictions clearly)
- UK Online Safety Act 2023, illegal content and safety duties
- App store rules on user-generated content and objectionable material
Naming a regime says what the draft was aimed at. It is not a statement that the document satisfies it — that is a question for counsel in each jurisdiction where the Service is offered.
