I wouldn’t recommend combining SARMs or mixing their liquids in one dropper. You haven’t named the compounds, concentrations, or solvents, so there’s no basis for confirming that the products are compatible or that a combined mixture would remain stable. A dropper measures liquid volume, which doesn’t necessarily tell you how much of each drug you’re taking.
Taking them separately also doesn’t establish that the combination is safe. Spacing doses apart can still leave the compounds active in your body at the same time.
SARMs are not a proven safer alternative to steroids. They act on androgen receptors, and the FDA warns against their use, citing risks including liver injury, sexual dysfunction, infertility, and potentially increased risk of heart attack or stroke. They are not FDA approved. FDA
For your strength goal, first review your training progression, food intake, sleep, and recovery. Your age and weight cannot establish a safe SARM combination. If you’ve already started taking them, bring the exact products and labels to a healthcare professional before adding or mixing anything else.
