Organon SmPC section 5.2: nandrolone decanoate is released from the injection site with a half-life of 6 days, while nandrolone itself clears in 4.3 hours. Release is the slower step, so the 6 days is what governs the shape of the curve. The FDA label for the same drug states no half-life at all.
